To secure accounts, we use verification via a code sent in a text message to your phone. Usually, you receive the code within seconds. In some cases it may take a little longer.
Does it take longer than a minute to receive your code via text message? Then the connection between your device and the network may be sub-optimal. In this case, it may help to:
- Turn airplane mode on and off.
- Restart the device.
In either case, the device will reconnect to the network and you should receive the code.
If you still do not receive the code, you can request a new code by clicking the ‘Resend text message’ button.
